Lovely 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home: in South Denver

Come stay in our beautiful and comfortable home in South Denver. The location is great! We are on a cul-de-sac right next to hiking/bike trails, a park and centrally located for day trips to both the Boulder area and Colorado Springs. We are located between the Denver Tech Center and Castle Rock with easy access to I-25 (Downtown Denver is 30 minutes) and C-470 (closes skiing is only one hour and 15 minutes away). Our home is sunny, spacious and warm with great outdoor space. You’ll have the entire house all to yourself. It is located in a quiet, safe cul-de-sac. Enjoy the deck off the master bedroom, or roast marshmallows around the gas fire-pit in the beautiful covered back patio, with comfy seating for 6. You can also enjoy your meals outside on the covered patio with a table. Grill is available for your use. Bedroom and bathroom layout: 2nd floor: -Master bedroom: queen size bed with attached full bathroom -2nd bedroom: bunk bed (sleeps 2) -3rd bedroom: bunk bed ( sleeps 2) -full size bathroom across from 2nd and 3rd bedroom Main floor: -queen size hide-a-bed with memory foam mattress -half bathroom Basement: -bedroom with queen bed -queen size air mattress -bathroom with shower -game room For families: This home is wonderful and convenient for families; toddler chair, baby gates, baby proofing on outlets, cabinets, it will make your stay at ease! In the back yard their is a custom fort, with a rock climbing wall and tube slide. There is a sand box, rope swing, and baby swing that your kids will love. We also have a basketball hoop in the driveway. You also have access to our washer and dryer. Style of home: The home is clean and fresh with wood floors and tile through out the house and carpet in the bedrooms. The kitchen has an island, granite counter tops, and stainless steal appliances. The main level provides comfortable family and living space, dining room, and eat in kitchen. To Note: -No cable is available but local channels are available from an antenna. Amazon Prime TV and Apple TV. -There is no access to the garage, as we run an online store out of our garage. Our office assistant will access the garage briefly Monday-Friday to complete orders. She only has access to the garage and will not be in your way. Parking: There is also convenient parking in the cud-de-sac and 4-6 spaces in the driveway. Kitchen: Our kitchen has a double oven, five burner gas stovetop, toaster oven, bread maker, garbage disposal, ice-maker, Reverse Osmosis (filtered water) and a dishwasher. Check-in/check-out: Check out time is 10:00 and check in time is 4:00. This allows us to clean and reset for future guests.
