Beautiful Lake Mindemoya view. Large one bedroom with double bed futon available for additional guests. Fully prepped kitchen and dining area. Central location to explore Manitoulin. Open concept layout with real wood fireplace. Lots to do - go for a refreshing swim or kayak, then curl up and have a toasty fire; either inside or out! Large yard for pets. New build in 2020. Full lake access with access to kayaks and SUP board. Deck and tiki bar at lake. Must see! The cottage - bright, open concept with views of the lake. Large driveway for parking. The backyard - Please note the yard is large, and a hill halfway down. (lake is 250 feet from the deck) and can be a little bit of a tiring walk coming back up from the lake! The ring of fire is halfway (about 100 feet from the deck) and sits on top the hill overlooking the water. The lake - Lake Mindemoya is generally a shallow lake. Our dockage area has about knee deep water until several yards out, great for children, takes a while to get deep deep. Sandy bottom in general. If bringing boat and/or fishing, public boat launch 30 seconds away; mostly bass and walleye, some pike and whitefish. Also be aware it tends to be a little wavy much of the year. The lake shed - this is where we will keep the supplies for you! There will be adult life jackets and we should have childrens in by May 24. Paddles, boat safety kits and extra supplies will be down there for your use with the water toys. Always a phone/text away at any time either through the app or cell. Due to COVID-19, I do like to keep it contactless if possible. I leave a guest book on the counter for additional notes. Best to use vehicle. Central location; 25 minutes to Little Current, 25 minutes to Gore Bay, 8 minutes to Mindemoya, 10 minutes to Kagawong, 40 minutes to South Bay Mouth.
