Drive into the drive, passing the neighbor's house. Parking for two up above the detached garage, behind the house. Limited parking for one more down below. When parking above, please pull as close to the back door as possible. The lot border is right where the stairway leads down to the front door. Please be respectful of the neighbor's access. May use path to walk up to the house from lower parking pad. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
