Pets OK w/ pre-approval (contact host). The apartment is located in a building with six retail storefronts on the ground level and six apartments on the second floor. I own and manage this building. The apartment recently underwent a complete renovation in 2019 and everything is new and updated.  The apartment features a queen bed in the primary bedroom and there are 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. The bedding and linens are new and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to prepare a meal or to use regularly during a long-term stay. Parking is available on the property (one space). Pets are welcome with pre-approval (contact host). The apartment is professionally cleaned after each guest and we keep it spotless. We provide a smart TV (Roku) and high-speed wireless internet. We provide a desk and chair for if you need to work from home. If you are staying longer than a week - we provide fresh linens and towels as needed. We maintain a management office on-site and are available to assist you during business hours.
