Come stay at this quiet and tranquil home, originally built in 1910, surrounded by trees and a beautiful landscape. It has all the comforts of home in a modern style and offers the peace of the country yet only 15 minutes from the city. The home is situated near the Ohio river and across the street from Eight Mile creek where families can explore! PLEASE NOTE: Fireplace for aesthetics only. Currently not in working order. So sorry for the inconvenience. We like to be available as much as possible. You may see us pop in when you arrive to answer any questions you may have otherwise you may message us anytime. This house is surrounded by woods with a few neighbors up the hill but primarily secluded, with parking for two in the driveway. We are 2 minutes from Hwy 52 which takes you right downtown in about 15 minutes or to neighboring towns on the river. We encourage you to explore them! We’re also less than 10 minutes from Anderson Township. Anderson is a wonderful community with many good restaurants and parks. We are also 10 minutes from Belterra Casino, Riverbend music theater and Coney Island. We think you will enjoy this peaceful property and home and enjoy the city of Cincinnati when you venture out! Woodland Mound park is right around the corner and is a great place to view the river and Kentucky hills from the top. You can also hike, bike and walk the beautiful walking paths there.
