The beach is less than a five minute walk and is the gateway to your outdoor adventures with miles and miles of natural beauty awaiting you to explore. Go surf fishing, crabbing, shelling, snorkeling, paddle boarding, kayaking, or gather around a bonfire for the evening. Maybe you would rather just relax, sink your toes in the white sugar sand and soak up the sun. All Gulf County beaches are pet-friendly with safety rules and guidelines to follow. Upon entering the cottage you will be greeted with an open concept living/kitchen area. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar, 2 burner stove top, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster oven. Cozy up on the window seat and enjoy your morning coffee or grab a book and relax. The couch folds out to a queen sized bed. The spacious bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed, full bath, and TV (dish). After a long day in the sun, it is perfect to relax and unwind. Gather around with friends and family on the screened-in porch and watch the sunset fade into the sky with no worry of bugs! For your four legged friends, there is a fenced-in yard. THERE WILL BE A PET FEE OF $125, PLUS TAX WHICH WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR RESERVATION IF APPLICABLE. Boat parking available. This home comes with everything you need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. We also provide an initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap, bath soap. This property does NOT have onsite washer and dryer or a dishwasher. CANCELLATION POLICY: We strongly encourage our guests to purchase the optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. All reservations include an administrative fee of $35 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of a reservation cancellation. Credit cards processing fees will be charged upon cancellation which is equal to 3% of all payments made. Reservations cancelled at least 60 days before check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations cancelled between 30 to 60 days before check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations cancelled less than 30 days before check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full advance rental payments and any other payments. EXTRA CLEANING MEASURES HAVE BEEN PUT IN PLACE, AND HOME HAS BEEN DEEP CLEANED AND SANITIZED IN BETWEEN GUESTS. Minimum age limit to rent this home is 25 years old. 3 night minimum.
