Spectacular sea views of Alan, Burrows and Lopes Islands along with the Olympic Mountains are here for you to enjoy in our Cottage By the Sea. Small grassy lawn and patio provide lovely place to hang out while enjoying garden views as well as sweeping 180+ degree unobstructed ocean views. Whales can occasionally be seen from the yard. 10 minutes to Anacortes Ferry Dock 5 minutes to Beautiful Rosario Beach 7 minutes to Deception Pass. 3-5 minutes to Lakes Erie and Campbell 20 minutes to La Conner Tulip Festival You will have complete run of this cottage which sits adjacent to the larger home which we live in. There is a grassy lawn and patio between the cottage and cliff side fence for shared enjoyment by your hosts and other guests which may also be staying on the property. Inside you will find a nice comfy sofa, TV with ROKU, Netflix, etc., kitchen stocked with plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, etc, refrigerator, private bath, private bedroom with queen size bed and nightstands. All furnishings and supplies are of good quality. Look up the Mattress you will be sleeping on: Amazon - Zinus Memory Foam 12 Inch Green Tea Mattress, comfortable! Living room sofa contains a COMFORTABLE pull out queen bed. We have modified the pull out sofa to give it the needed support and comfort you would expect from a standard bed. CLEANING FEE - For most parties, the cleaning fee we are asking for is reasonable and covers the actual cost of cleaning...and we get the HIGHEST MARKS for great cleaning from our guests. However, we've had a few parties that left the place trashed...5 hours of cleaning! We tried raising the cleaning fees, and then giving partial refunds to most people...it was a pain to manage and reduced our bookings. So we ask you to clean up well so we can keep the fee reasonable...AND EXPECT US TO ASK FOR MORE MONEY TO COVER CLEANING IF YOUR PARTY COSTS US MORE THAN 3 HOURS OF CLEANING.
