This beautifully built and luxuriously furnished tiny home is nestled at the base of Lookout Mountain.  Magnolia has beautiful panoramic views of the mountain and the surrounding valley. Soak in the views from the private hot tub or savor your morning coffee while watching chickens and goats graze the neighbor’s pasture.  Luxury is packed into this tiny home with a king sized memory foam mattress and two person hot tub.  The breakfast nook and additional living room makes this house feel more than tiny.  A fiber optic connection offers high speed internet and streaming. The whole home is finished in poplar and pine wood and is filled with natural light. Located near the Lookout Mountain Flight Park, you can sit out on the spacious deck and enjoy watching the hang gliders soar above. This tiny home is perfect for an individual, couple, or a family with an older child. About the Home Layout: The kitchen features a large farmhouse sink.  A portable induction stovetop allows for more counter space when not in use and with the extra large toaster oven, you can even bake a whole chicken! Up the spiral staircase is a king sized memory foam mattress with beautiful views from the windows. The living room has a loveseat that opens up to a twin bed.  Also in the room is an AmazonTV with SlingTV which offers live channels including ESPN. Down the road (and when in season), you can buy eggs, soaps, jams, or produce from the farmer who raises the animals next door!  A FEW DETAILS TO READ THROUGH: *Please also note that you need to be somewhat agile to get into the loft of the tiny home. There is a compact spiral staircase to get to the loft and, as in all tiny homes, you have to crawl into the bed. Once in bed, you have ample headroom to sit up comfortably. If you are afraid of heights or have a balance issue, this is not for you. If you are looking for a tiny home with stairs, check out our other tiny home, Redbud, which has a more conventional staircase. *This tiny home is located near a hang gliding/paragliding landing zone. So on days where the weather is “flyable,” you will see hang gliders and paragliders in the air. During daylight hours, you may also hear tow planes which tow up the hang gliders for tandem flights. *This home is not suitable for children under the age of 12 years old due to the high loft and spiral staircase. Older children and young adults are most welcome.  * NO Pets allowed. Please note that the perks of being located next to a farm include watching goats and chickens in the backyard. This also means that you may sometimes hear roosters crow, goats bleat, and dogs bark. Please do not feed the animals. There is a livestock guardian dog that is fenced in with the chickens and goats; it is his job to protect the animals, so please don’t try to pet or feed him. Because of the chickens and goats nearby, pets are not allowed at this location. *The shower has the ability to increase or decrease the water pressure. In the winter, it has to be set to a lower water pressure, so the on-demand hot water heater can get the water hot enough. So if you want to take a high-pressure hot shower in the winter, check out our other tiny home, Redbud! * Hot tubs are dangerous and guests must observe the posted hot tub rules at all times. Children must be supervised at all times when near the hot tub. While it is located on a property with another tiny home, the home was designed with privacy in mind. While you relax in the hot tub under the stars no one will even know you are there. ------- This tiny home is located on 1 acre with another tiny home. They are both situated to offer privacy for each tiny home. If you are traveling with friends and want to rent both tiny homes, you have enough space to gather together and then have your privacy when you want it. IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE: *Maximum of 2 guests at all times. • No children under the age of 12 years old allowed. *No pets allowed. * Primary responsible renter must be 21 years old. • We require a photo of your ID and a photo of yourself as well as your signature on our rental agreement to complete your reservation. We will send a reservation confirmation email to you, and the e-doc rental agreement is located at the bottom of the email(green tab.) Please complete all lines on the rental agreement. Most of our properties are rural and wooded. Please do not expect a perfectly manicured lawn. We cut a little here and there when we see fit to do so. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.
