Full of ease, light, and mid-century style, this five-bedroom home in New Buffalo offers its very own heated swimming pool and a wonderful location four blocks from the beach. This stylish space features an open main-level living area with hardwood floors, a stone fireplace, and a thoughtfully updated kitchen. Step outside to take a dip in the sparkling pool, relax in the private backyard with an expansive patio overlooking a wooded ravine, or light the grill on the large deck to barbecue while keeping one eye on the pool. When you're not enjoying the great outdoors, you can play Ping-Pong and darts in the garage, or take the provided golf cart for a spin around the neighborhood. After a night spent soaking in the hot tub, cozied up around the outdoor firepit, or watching movies on one of the two cable-equipped TVs, you'll have your choice of five bedrooms. On the main floor are one king bedroom with an en suite bathroom, one queen bedroom, a third bedroom with a pair of twin beds, and another full bathroom. Downstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms - one with a queen bed, one with two twin bunk beds - and one more full bathroom. Things to know **Please note that two of the bathroom sinks are currently undergoing repairs and will be unusable. Garage is insulated, but not heated Corn hole and dart board provided Dog-friendly for a small, nightly fee! Non-shedding, non-aggressive, adult dogs under 50 lbs. There are several beaches within walking distance and they are not all open at times due to the recent high water level in Lake Michigan. The plentiful beach at the dead end near Tahoma Trail/Lake Shore Drive is reliably accessible and is a short ride in the golf cart or a 15 minute walk. Please note that the owner asks that you sign an agreement in order to use their golf cart (only available in non-winter months for safety) The pool will be open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, with the possibility of early opening or late closing by a couple of weeks, but is completely weather-dependent and cannot be properly heated until nighttime temperatures get high enough to sustain it. The pool will be heated to 80 degrees prior to your arrival. If you wish for the heat to increase, please contact us after you secure your booking. The cost for additional pool heat is $25/night. Cancellation for this home must be 60 days prior to arrival. This property is managed by Vacasa Michigan LLC. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Parking notes: This driveway can accommodate 6 vehicles. 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. An additional pool heat fee of USD25 per day must be paid prior to check-in.
