Do some whitewater rafting on the Upper Yough River, or stay ground bound and do some biking or hiking. In the winter, head to Wisp Resort, only 15 miles away, for quality downhill, boarding, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. At the end of your action-packed days, return home and settle in for an evening of rest and relaxation. In the winter, you'll enjoy the wood-burning fireplace while you watch a show on one of the three TVs in the house. And in the summer, gather around the outdoor firepit or lounge on the deck to watch the sun go down while you sip your favorite beverage. Other amenities include a gas grill and a washer/dryer. The $20 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is parking for 3 cars - If guest is parking alongside the house, you must be parked as close to the house as possible. The gravel path beside the home is a right of way for the surrounding homes. You must NOT block this path. Dock details: The dock has one assigned slip. Last slip on your right. Available Memorial day to Labor day. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
