Downstairs engineered-wood floor, including bedroom #3, which has two bunk beds--one with a trundle. In addition there is a family room and bathroom. Full baths on each floor, one with shower, the other with shower/tub. Modern kitchen with high end appliances to make a gourmet meal to eat in the nearby cozy dining area--or out on the deck if you desire. Living room, family room, and a large deck with gas grill, table and chairs, and sitting area.
