Beautiful new apartment in Rosarito Beach, ocean view, couple steps from the beach, located hotel zone a couple blocks from papas & beer, no car needed to hang out all around rosarito,. beautiful and big terrace with ocean view.... fast internet connection, perfect to work. perfectly sanitized after every guests. ‼️1 parking spot inside of the property and if you have more cars can parked in the street. ‼️📌NOT ALLOWED HEATERS ‼️📌NOT ALLOWED WASH CLOTHES the apartment have a parking share, for 2 cars and a big terrace with ocean view Close to papas & beer, Hotel quinta del mar, we are in the same street that “Smart & Final Store” the parking is shared with the other house’s, but we have employees who can move your car, and if u decide to park outside on the street,we have security watching the cars all night. one of our employer is uber so you can pay for the service!! calm and safe neighborhood.. we have 24 hrs employees at the property, monitored by 24 hr working cameras..,,, electric garage door.
