Welcome to "Sunset Paradise"! Your new favorite lakefront getaway located on the eastern shores of Cayuga Lake in the heart of the beautiful Finger Lakes region of New York State. This amazing property features upper and lower decks with panoramic views of the lake, a relaxing 6-person hot tub, a private dock with a large sun deck, 1 boat lift with a 4000lb weight limit (does not accommodate pontoon boats) and 2 PWC lifts with a 700lb weight limit each. Cast a line off the dock for some great fishing, relax in an inflatable tube or enjoy a paddle around the lake in the either or both of the 1 person and two-person kayak. Take a step inside “Sunset Paradise” to find an immaculately clean, fully furnished, and comfortable living space. A fully stocked kitchen with seating for 6 and a spacious living room with views of the lake greets you immediately. Continue on to find 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, with sleeping arrangements as follows: First Floor Bedroom 1: Queen Size Bed, 2 Closets First Floor Bedroom 2: Queen Size Bed, 1 Closet Second Floor Bedroom 1: Queen Size Bed, Sitting Area, Desk, TV, 1 Closet Second Floor Bedroom 2: (2) Twin Beds. Full bath attached. *There is an additional single bed pull out sofa in the living room Enjoy a cup of coffee and the beauty of Cayuga Lake as the rising sun paints the surrounding hills. Grab a glass of wine and relax in the spacious living room or under the awning as an afternoon storm rolls down the lake. At “Sunset Paradise”, any time of day is perfect for sitting back, relaxing, and enjoying your favorite beverage on the deck while taking in the calming sound of waves lapping against the shore. Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter rentals available. The property has excellent cellular service, Wi-Fi and Direct TV. No Smoking. Pets allowed with additional $150 pet fee. Please say yes to the pet option when making the reservation so you are charged correctly!
