Mainland Breeze; Waterfront paradise

This 1906 charm of a farmhouse is just 15 minutes away from Nags Head beaches and 8 minutes to Roanoke Island yet just far enough to enjoy the wildlife and beauty of the mainland. Enjoy coffee and sunrise on the top deck, or walk about 100 yards to enjoy wine on the dock or go fishing on the Croatan sound. Guest have access to one bedroom with a queen bed, one huge bathroom with two sinks, claw foot tub & shower. My fiancé and I enjoy the down stairs portion of this 1906 farmhouse. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs for you to enjoy privately but for the time being you have to access it through our down stairs. We’re very easy to get along with and don’t mind people coming and going. You have sound front access to go kayaking or just soak up the sun. The 2 acre back yard is also their for you to enjoy or take a walk to the dock and cast a line. I’m available by phone or message anytime! The best of both worlds is what sums up the mainland of the Outer Banks. The water AND wildlife are the main attraction, but there is plenty to do right across the bridge! Very close to NC Aquarium, Lost Colony, Fort Raleigh and downtown Manteo. Our quiet village will welcome you with open arms and invites you to discover a little bit of what the locals love about this place :) Ps; that’s our beautiful peacock neighbors you’ll likely hear “screaming”. This home was built in 1906 and we live on a wooded island, therefore small insects also think they live here. The entire space is sprayed monthly so there shouldn’t be an issue but please do not be alarmed if you see a friend. You’ll need a set of wheels! Our fur babies will most likely be there to greet you when you arrive. Don’t be alarmed, they’re very friendly and we will do our best to make sure they don’t bother you. Aaron is a boat builder/mechanic working from home so he is usually around. Our entire home is a fixer upper- this air bnb and surrounding space will be updated frequently. We’re a young couple, with big dreams- so come see what our slice of heaven is all about ;)
