No events will be allowed that exceed the maximum capacity of the home.  No Pets  With the exception of service animals, no pets are permitted at the property for any reason.  No Smoking  Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Cancellation Policy  Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before arrival will receive 100% refund or 30 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. Any bookings cancelled within 30 days of your arrival are non-refundable.
