No extras. Private fire pit and grill off the deck in the back yard. Gravel pathway around the deck that backs up to the woods. You will have full access to the mobile home which includes a laundry room with washer and dryer. Owners are on premises and live in gray cabin below the rental on the hill. Mobile home that is the rental shares an address with the owners cabin. If we are out and about wave and say hi if you like if not that’s okay too!
