The Chestnut House

*Check in 5-10pm Check out 12pm* The Chestnut House is located above our detached garage. It is on the second floor (full flight of stairs) and is very quiet and private. This space is not handicap accessible. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom (shower only). There is a TV and DVD player (and movies) as well as WiFi and cable. The kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials! (all you need to bring is your food) We provide all of the towels, linens and paper products. We also have for you: coffee, tea, hot chocolate (creamer, sugar and sweetener included) and light snacks. The guest house also has a washer and dryer for your use. Designated parking for a maximum of two cars by the garage under the basketball hoop. *We do not allow pets. **Guests may not invite guests or bring extra guests. Please change your booking if you are adding people to the stay (maximum 4 guests and two cars) ***We appreciate an estimated arrival time for check in
