Welcome to “Sunset Oasis”! An amazing lakefront getaway located on the eastern shores of Cayuga Lake in the heart of the beautiful Finger Lakes region of New York State. This property features parking for 4-5 vehicles, an upper & lower deck that both provide panoramic views of the lake, a large fully screened in porch area with lake views, a lower waterside patio area with a relaxing year-round 4-5 person hot tub, a rocky shoreline with a firepit & provided wood, and a private dock. Cast a line off the dock for some great fishing or use the provided single person kayaks to explore the lake! Take a step inside of “Sunset Oasis” to find an immaculately clean, fully furnished and comfortable living space. Upon entering you will see a convenient half bath and fully stocked kitchen with seating for 4-6. Next, a lovely spacious living area featuring 2 double glass doors with views of the lake will take your breath away. There is a brand new queen size sleeper sofa in this room that is very comfortable. Continue upstairs to find a full bath and 2 bedrooms with sleeping arrangements as follows: Bedroom 1: King Size bed, Single Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Size Bed, Single Bed Pillows, sheets and other linens are provided for your convenience. Relax as you watch the breathtaking sunsets each evening from the decks or screened in porch. Enjoy an evening around the fire pit or watch the stars at night from the hot tub. Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter rentals available. The property has cellular service, Wi-Fi and Direct TV. No Smoking. Pets allowed with additional $150 pet fee. Please say yes to the pet option when making the reservation so you are charged correctly!
