The first and main level of this home is made up of the kitchen, living room, and dining area. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the essentials to prepare mouth-watering meals and you can find a gas grill on the deck along with an outdoor dining area to spice up mealtime. Snuggle up by the gas fireplace with a good book in hand or catch up on your favorite Netflix series. There's also a DVD collection of 100 movies to watch. There is a private washer/dryer combo in the kitchen so you don't have to worry about finding the nearest laundromat. The loft is on the second floor and is where all the beds are located along with a balcony with beautiful views of the water with two chairs for you to enjoy. Guests who book this unique retreat will be granted access to a newly remodeled shared outdoor pool that is right on the beach, a playground, basketball courts, horseshoe pits, and the community's private beach–entertainment for the entire family is assured here! What's nearby: This secluded location is ideal for those in need of a time alone and far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Guests can spy whales, porpoises, cruise ships, ferries and fantastic sunsets balcony. There are a handful of local convenience stores nearby and you'll be within walking distance to the shores of Admiralty Bay. Downtown Coupeville is six and a half miles north. Ebey's Landing National Historical Reserve has plenty of hiking, biking, and gorgeous scenery you can only find in the Freeland area! Things to know: Free high-speed WiFi; perfect for streaming, working from home, and distance learning. Full kitchen without a dishwasher The neighborhood pool is available for your use. There is a $5 fee. Please note that there is one active camera at the entrance; it is pointing to the driveway. Parking notes: There is parking for four vehicles in the driveway. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
