Beautiful home on peaceful Bryan Lake!

This beautiful home overlooking no-wake Bryan Lake is the perfect spot for your family vacation at any time of year. Sled down to the lake or ski at Crystal Mountain! Set between Frankfort and Traverse City, the location is ideal for exploring all that Northern Michigan has to offer or simply escaping the hustle and bustle. The quaint town of Lake Ann offers a general store and grocery, brewery, cafe, restaurant, ice cream shop, library, and post office, within walking distance from the house. The lake house is situated at the top of a small hill overlooking the lake, with a neighbor on one side and a wooded lot on the other. You can enjoy pristine views of the lake from the dining room, living room, downstairs den and upstairs office nook. Use our binoculars to get a close-up view of resident wildlife from otters and loons to bald eagles. The house comes equipped with your choice of four watercrafts to explore the no-wake lake, with life jackets and paddles in the boathouse. The home is designed well for families and large groups, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms split between the main level and upstairs (two bedrooms and one bath on each floor). Each bedroom has a closet, dresser and mirror. The finished basement offers an additional bathroom plus bunk beds and a comfortable sofa that pulls out to a queen bed. There are two main living areas, each outfitted with smartTVs for streaming and cable. Wi-Fi and cell service are strong throughout the property. The kitchen is well stocked with new pots and pans, sharp cooking knives, cutlery and dishes. The dining room table seats ten. Guests may enjoy cooking breakfast on the electric griddle or barbecuing on the propane grill. Parking in front of the detached garage is ample, enough to park a trailer, boat or multiple vehicles. We supply plenty of firewood to fuel two indoor fireplaces and an outdoor fire pit. Traveling with little ones? You can pack a little lighter since the house includes two high-chairs, a toddler table and DUPLO collection to keep them entertained! The world-renowned Interlochen Center of the Arts offers many ticketed and free concerts throughout the year. Within five miles of the lake house, there are several options for parks, playgrounds and walking trails; the Lake Ann waterfront park, playground and town amenities are within a half mile.
