The Space: Welcome to your palace: a fully remodeled estate with soaring ceilings, spacious open-concept layouts, and an abundance of natural light beaming through large, beautiful windows, this home is a bright and airy masterpiece! A stunning brick exterior and a beautiful entryway are the perfect welcome mat to your home away from home. With a perfectly designed flow throughout the main level, you’ll be able to entertain your guests at all times. The expansive kitchen is well-equipped with lovely quartz counters, top-of-the-line appliances, and everything you need to cook up and enjoy a delicious meal. It also features a glamorous island overlooking the inviting living area. You’ll have so much room in this kitchen; it’ll be an absolute joy to use. In terms of where to enjoy your meals, you’ll have a formal dining room at the front of the home and a cute breakfast nook nestled in a corner of the kitchen with a great view into the backyard. Both are surrounded by beautiful bay windows. The family room features a fireplace with a brick accent wall and doors leading out to the amazing backyard. This room is just one of the great places to hang out as a group, as you lounge on the comfortable but luxurious furniture or watch TV on our huge Samsung Frame TV. Another great spot to finish off your day is in one of the surprises this home has to offer — your very own Cinema Room! Pop some popcorn and sit back and enjoy a movie in amazing surround sound, high picture quality projector, and movie-theater style seating! With 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, 2 cars garage / 6 cars driveway, you’ll have enough space for everyone, and no one will have to fight over who gets which room or about who’s taking too long in the bathroom. All of the bedrooms are incredibly spacious and furnished with luxurious beds and linens. And the bathrooms are equally inviting, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The master bedroom includes a sitting area, 2 huge closets, and a lavish ensuite bath with a soaking tub and separate standing shower. As if all of that weren’t enough, the backyard helps elevate this already near-perfect home. There is plenty of space for the kids to run around on. The huge, glittering pool is fenced off from the large patio area and completely private from the neighbors. Just the cherry on top of the perfect backyard to unwind and relax in. In terms of sleeping arrangement, our rooms layout is as follows: Master Bedroom: King Bed + Ensuite bathroom| Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Bedroom 3: Queen Bed + two Bunk beds + Ensuite bathroom| Bedroom 4: Queen bed | Bedroom 5: two twin over twin bunk Beds (please note: this room will be opened for groups of 12+ only) We wouldn’t be surprised if you have a hard time leaving here. Your vacation home is located in the Eldorado neighborhood of a fast-growing city. You’ll be located 35 minutes from DFW Airport and downtown Dallas, which offers many amazing and well-known attractions. Within McKinney itself, you’ll have lots to see and do. You’ll be 20 minutes to Mitas Hill Vineyard and there are lots of great breweries around. The Oak Hollow Golf course is 13 minutes away and Towne Lake Recreation Area is just 8 minutes away. This neighborhood park sits on 108 acres and curls around a 22-acre lake, which features a pier and paddleboats. It’s the perfect spot to relax in the sunshine and spend a lazy afternoon. You can also play on the volleyball courts, try horse-shoe pitching, or go for a leisurely walk on the 1.2-mile hiking trail. For those that are looking to get some great shopping deals, Allen Premium Outlets are just 9 minutes away. You’ll be 11 minutes to McKinney Performing Arts Center, host to a variety of one-night-only and recurring acts. Another perfect spot for the whole family is the Heard Natural Science Museum and Wildlife Sanctuary (13 minutes away). This museum brings you into contact with the natural world through a range of indoor and outdoor exhibits, including mammal skins, minerals, fossils and carefully preserved indigenous eco-systems. There are also walking trails that guide you through beautiful butterfly and bird gardens and native plant exhibits. While here, you absolutely must check out historic downtown Mckinney. It has a quaint, small-town feel, from the restaurant seating spilling out onto the sidewalk to the mounted police patrolling the street. There is always something fun going on along Main Street and the shops and cafes are unique and independent. It also features many historic buildings, some as old as 165 years! If you’re interested in history, Chestnut Square Historic Village is just 11 minutes away, transporting you back to McKinney’s early days. It features 10 preserved buildings that date between 1854 and 1930, including a range of homes, a chapel, a general store, a schoolhouse, and a boarding house. Getting Around: If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7. We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends. ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out. ★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★ We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property.
