The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, sitting area, sliding doors out to the deck and adjoining full bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The kids room has a set of bunk beds plus another single bed. This adorable High Hammock home is a short ride to the beach and Club. Come enjoy this delightful beach getaway! There are numerous boardwalks to the beach along Seabrook Island Road that lead to the beach. Parking pads enable you to park & walk the wide, beautiful beach. The beach is .8 of a mile in either direction from the house – the house is in the center of the island. Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are available for purchase. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Fireplace is for decorative purposes only. Cancellation Policy: For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement. For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee.
