Cozy & Private Lower Level close to SIUE & STL

Located in a convenient and quiet neighborhood only 25 minutes from downtown St. Louis and 10 minutes from the SIUE campus! A shared entrance leads you downstairs to your own private hang out area complete with a pool table, dart board, and large TV. The bedroom offers a big living space with a queen size bed, TV, bar top/desk, wifi, coffee bar, mini fridge, microwave, and a huge closet. The private bathroom is set up with a newly remodeled walk in shower. Driveway parking is provided. This is a split level home. The front door/entryway is a shared space but the entire lower level is all yours. We hope you enjoy the peaceful neighborhood, nearby trails, and close amenities. A perfect place to relax. Guests have access to the family room (TV, pool table, dart board), bathroom, and bedroom. All are private and only for you. We both have full time jobs so we may or may not be here fully during your stay. Please message us with any questions you have and we will reply ASAP. There will also be a house manual with everything you need to know. Though the upstairs will be off limits, always feel free to say (or yell) hello! We love meeting new people and will gladly converse if we have time! We also completely understand the want and need for privacy so communication through Airbnb messenger only is also great! Located in the Country Meadows Subdivision close to trails, grocery stores, and parks. We have a small child so you may hear some happy squeals and a little pitter patter from time to time. The family room downstairs (your space) is an open air space to the entryway and upstairs (our space) so we may hear a little bit of each other. This is no bother to us. The bathroom and bedroom are pretty soundproof though so you shouldn't hear much from those areas.
