A wrap around deck with spectacular views of the lake on private lot with approx. 180 feet of waterfront and a large dock. The cottage has three levels. Level one offers a bathroom, one bedroom, kitchen, family and dining room. The second floor has a large loft style bedroom (four beds) and one bathroom. The walkout basement offers a large bedroom, a second living room with wood stove, bathroom and laundry room as well as a 40 x 12 foot wide covered porch. The property also includes a fully equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee machine, large refrigerator, toaster, convection oven, microwave oven, linens, towels, two large family rooms, TV (with Satellite), DVD player and VCR (with lots of movies), lots of board and card games and a propane BBQ. A high efficiency wood burning stove is located in the walkout basement and easy to use pellet stove on the first floor. You will find a variety of items to make your stay event more enjoyable: tea, coffee, sugar, spices, olive oil and Modena balsamic vinegar. We also include shampoo, conditioner, hand and body soap. The cottage has an outdoor firepit with firewood. The cottage is on a cul-de-sac with neighbours approximately 80-120 feet away on either side. No neighbours to the back as it is a mountain. Cell signal at the cottage and even on the lake. Our sparkling clean, deep lake offers excellent swimming and fishing. Motor boat and canoe available for rental.
