No detail was spared in furnishing this custom built property to ensure you and your family treat yourself to the vacation of a lifetime. A few characteristics that make this place an absolute gem: - Over 3,000 square feet of indoor space to spread out and relax - Huge back deck with bbq grill, gas firepit, and plenty of seating that looks straight down into the river - Brand new pool table - Hot tub is professionally serviced (which is rare in our area) and available year round -EV 220V CHARGING station - 4 smart tv's equipped with satellite tv/wifi also available throughout the whole home - Fully equipped, beautiful kitchen to cook almost any meal - Central A/C and heating throughout (many old cabins up here have neither) Bedding configuration is as follows: Master Bedroom- One King Bed Bedroom #2- One Queen, One Twin Bedroom #3- One Queen, One Twin Upstairs Loft- One pullout Queen sofa Upstairs Game Room- Two pullout Queen sofas Please note: Indoor fireplaces AND outdoor fire pits are NOT allowed during county-wide burn bans, which often occur in the summer and fall months. This is due to heightened fire risk in the area at those times. Outdoor BBQ grills and propane fire pits ARE ALLOWED YEAR ROUND!!. Please do not light any fire at the property, or 911/Sheriff's Department will be called out. Thank you for helping us keep our area safe from wildfire devastation. No Pets ​​​​​​​Early check-in and late checkouts are usually unavailable. This includes luggage and grocery drop-offs. Please kindly plan your grocery shopping/traveling around the 4 PM check-in time (you can check in after that as late as you would like). If you need to check in early or check out late, we strongly recommend booking an additional night on the front end or back end of your stay. This will allow you to check in as early or check out as late as you need. Most homes up here have a 10AM checkout. We do 11AM to give you extra time. Our housekeepers and cleaning inspectors work all over the mountains, and timing is usually tight. California Highway Patrol may require chains and/or 4 wheel drive with snow tires during winter and spring months. Please prepare accordingly.Unfortunately, no refunds can be given for guest's lack of vehicle preparation. Due to the high demand of this property, and the amount of inquiries it gets across different booking platforms, the cancellation policy will always be upheld. We STRONGLY recommend purchasing some type of travel insurance to protect your vacation investment from unforeseen circumstances that may prevent you from making your trip. It's a nominal cost that can absolutely pay off! After booking, the rental agreement displayed at checkout will also be sent for E-sign to the email on file. Kindly E-sign this within 48 hours after you make your booking to finalize your reservation.
