Walking distance to the Ole Miss campus!

This 1950's house has been updated with an open floor plan, large windows that overlook a wooded lot. A sun room in the back and a huge deck overlooking the backyard make for the perfect setting for morning coffee or happy hour cocktails . All walking distance (.04) to the University and near the Square. Locals say we are located on Oxford's most beautiful street.Our home has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. We have a large 52' TV in the sun room and two bedrooms have HD TV's and wireless internet through AT&T Uverse. We are happy to help with dinner reservations, make breakfast or even provide transportation. We love getting to know people and making new friends. We are on a dead end street with wooded lots. It's like living in a park right in the middle of town. We are within walking distance to a city park with a jogging trail and right across the street from the Ole Miss campus. There is public transportation however we are within walking distance to most everything.
