Tree Toad Farm Entire House

Tree Toad Farm is a beautiful old 100+ acre farmstead with quiet countryside, farm house, cottage, old barn, sauna and pond surrounded by rolling hills filled with mature forests of evergreen, oak and ancient sugar maple. Ample trails, gardens and Nature in abundance—all these give the natural, easy vibe of a genuine refuge. We have all organic beds and bedding, a modest but fully functional vegetarian kitchen (no microwave), cozy wood stove, gardens in season, and plenty of local wildlife... There are three bedrooms available via AirBnb, and these three (plus common space etc.) are yours for your time here. There will be two bedroom spaces off-limits for the folks who usually live here--but we will not be in the house during your time as our guests. There is one person living in the back cabin--so you may see them wandering about here and there... ;) We are sometimes here, sometimes traveling--so our availability will depend on the specifics of your visit. This a quiet, rural neighborhood--you can see our neighbors' homes on each side, but will rarely see or hear them. We are less than a mile from the Peace Pagoda (the first ever built in North America), two miles from our local food co-op, and only 20 minutes drive from Amherst and Greenfield. A good mix of "close to everything" and "middle of nowhere"!
