No hauling, No set up, No tear down This camper is not spectacular and is slightly dated, but has water, electricity, Air Conditioning, heater, a refrigerator, stove top and cooking stove, Water, Propane, shower and other basic necessities. The camp ground has a heated pool, cornhole, horseshoes, tetherball, foosball, 2 playgrounds, ping pong, basketball, volleyball, Shuffleboard Each camp site has its own fire pit and picnic table. 1 bundle of fire wood will be provided. The lot has room for one tent. 3 rooms, 6 beds, 1 bathroom Front of trailer is a queen size bed. Back of trailer has triple bunk beds. Both the table and couch pull out to be a bed. All you need are pillows, food, your toiletries The camper is available to rent during the camping season, which begins May 1st and continues to September 29. Per camp ground rules: No minors allowed without parental supervision. No riding bikes after dark. Outside Lights must be turned off before you go to bed. Quiet time 10 p.m. - 8 a.m. Alcoholic beverages are restricted to your sites only. One table picnic table per campsite. Please limit cars parked on your site to two. Other vehicles please park in the parking area. No Profanity. No Solicitation. Laundry mat available as well. Camper is not fully hooked up, but the tank will be emptied before you arrive and will be emptied by the campground for those extended stays on Mondays and Thursdays. Includes one bundle of firewood. I live down the road only a few minutes away. Other than your arrival and departure you only need to see me when you run into an issue. A binder will be available with a map local stores and the camp store has brochures for local attractions. I would describe the area as a quiet peaceful safe place. There are many church's close by. 3.2 miles to Grand Valley State University, 3.6m to Allendale, 18 miles from Grand Rapids, 16 m from Holland and 21m from Holland state park which is on Lake Michigan. Next door to Allandale ,Jenison , Grandville , Zeeland and Jamestown We have 2 trailers for rent right next to one another incase you have a couple family's that want to camp together.
