This condo is approximately 7 miles or 15 minutes to downtown Galena. This home is NOT pet friendly. Welcome to one of the best views of Lake Galena! This two level condo features 3 bedrooms, 2 family rooms, a fireplace, kitchen, dining area for 8 and multiple outdoor living areas. When you walk in the front (no stairs or steps at entry from parking) you are greeted with lake views from the family room windows. The main level has an open floor plan and many upgrades. The modern kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and is also fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals and enjoy entertaining your friends and family. The kitchen is open to the dining room and family room where everyone can sit, play games and relax together. The main level bedroom has a King size bed with attached full bathroom featuring a 2 person Jacuzzi tub. Enjoy a large 55 inch tv in the living room and a flat screen tv in the master bedroom both with Mediacom Cable. Walk downstairs and find additional seating and hang out space. There are two bedrooms in the lower level. The first is down the hallway and features a Queen size bed and comfy bedding with a great view of Lake Galena. The second bedroom downstairs is a great space with two Queen beds, seating and bathroom access. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room for you to utilize during your stay. The views are amazing here at Lake Front Getaway and the outdoor spaces are abundant. There is a patio on the lower level and a screened in area for you to enjoy. Upstairs there is a deck and another screened in room for you spread out in. There is a gas grill available for you to use out front in the designated grill section. We provide the propane! You'll enjoy use of all Territory amenities and Long Bay Point private pool. There is easy access to local walking trails and this home is within walking distance to Eagle Ridge Resort, Tennis Courts, Driving Range, North Golf Course, etc. For our summer guests the private association pool is walkable from the home. All guests have access to the GTA Owners Club which is open year round and a quick car ride only 2.5 miles away! Your rental will include proximity cards that allow you access to the Galena Territory Owners' Club. This is an exclusive amenity that can be used by only Galena Territory property owners and their guests. "The Owners' Club" includes an indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool w/slides, kiddie pool, fitness room, game room, indoor/outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, seasonal snack bar, WiFi and outdoor playground. Don't forget to visit Lake Galena, The Shenandoah Riding Center and hiking trails throughout the 6,800 acre property. When you book a home with us we will require 30% down, this is a payment not a deposit. The full balance is due 14 days prior to check in. If you cancel prior to the 14 days you will receive the first payment less a $35 cancellation fee. At the 14 day mark your stay will become non-refundable and dates cannot be adjusted. Your payments will automatically be processed to the card you place on file at the time of booking. Your rental agreement (sent after booking) will reflect the due dates and amounts. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT COVID-19 REGULATIONS MAY IMPACT LOCAL BUSINESSES AND HOURS OF OPERATION. We do not have a Covid Cancellation Policy, we highly recommend travel insurance. PLEASE NOTE: You will be required to sign an electronic rental agreement at the time of booking, we ask this be signed and filed within 48 hours of receiving to guarantee your reservation. You must be 25 or older at the time of booking and present the entire stay. Check in details are sent 3 days prior to your arrival to the email on file. This includes the home's address, the access code and other pertinent home/area information. Early check in is never guaranteed and cannot be considered until the night before or morning of your arrival.
