This is a shared home with the owner on site in a private suite on the third floor, fully vaccinated for Covid19. There is one other guest room on the main floor. The bathroom is shared with the one other guest room. Comfortable and quiet home. Great location close to downtown shops, restaurants, ferry landing, beaches and buses. Guests have access to all common areas: living/dining room, bathroom, kitchen, deck. PLEASE NOTE: The state of Massachusetts and the Town of Tisbury have implemented taxes on short term rentals beginning July 1, 2019. Both taxes combined will total approximately 14% of the price of your airbnb total.
