"Stratton House" Gettysburg Historic District Gem

O'Neill, who was an extensive history during the war efforts. It was later used a a photography studio by renowned Civil War battlefield photographer WIlliam H. Tipton. A great location to visit Ski Liberty, Hershey Park, Lancaster, Washington, DC. Enjoy 4 bedrooms/2 full baths, fully equipped kitchen and a large fenced yard. There is central air conditioning throughout the house.. Great for couples, business travelers, groups and families. Plenty of space for privacy with four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. the house is within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and many attractions. It also backs up to the entrance to the Culp’s Hill battlefield. Located on a quiet residential street yet two blocks away from downtown activity. There is unlimited wireless internet. There are over 150 Comcast stations with Netflix, Hulu, HBO and Showtime. Relax and enjoy TV in the living room and two bedrooms. You will notice public tennis courts that are available in the back - bring your tennis racket! The house has very comfortable bedding, towels, and furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your needs. The yard is a wonderful place for your family and includes a large swing set. We have provided a gas grill and many games for your enjoyment. For those traveling with children, we have a high chair and pack and play for your use. We are only 10 miles from Ski Liberty for winter travelers who would like to ski or snow tube. We are only 50 miles from Lancaster Dutch Country, 50 miles to Hershey Park, 75 miles to Washington, DC; 60 miles to Baltimore and much more. Guest access You will have private access to the north side of the Stratton House, which has a living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and full bathroom on the first floor, four bedrooms and a full bathroom on the second floor. There is another one bedroom unit on the south side of the house that is fully separate from this unit with a separate privacy fenced yard. The owners live in a third unit on the property that is also full separate from your rental. Other things to note This is a very quiet church and residential neighborhood. We ask that you not hold parties or make loud outside noise after 9 PM. Also, we request that there is no loud noise or music inside the residence after 10 PM. These rules are in place for the comfort and security of all guests who visit us. There is no smoking inside the house at any time.
