We are located in the heart of the Beamsville Bench on the edge of the Niagara escarpment. A great spot to relax and enjoy a glass of wine/beer after visiting one of the 17 wineries located within a 10 minute drive. The area is also home to a brewery and a distillery, with grocery stores, restaurants, an LCBO and Beer store all conveniently located within 3km. Proximity to Niagara Falls, Toronto, and the U.S Border make our suite a convenient escape to the Niagara region. This is a newly renovated bright and spacious basement suite with 1 Full Bedroom with Queen bed. Large open living room space with Queen sized Murphy bed! Queen raised Air Mattress with built in pump available. Beautifully clean large kitchenette with lots of counter space, full size fridge/freezer, microwave, large toaster oven, keurig 2.0, (bring your own pods), kettle, toaster, salt, pepper, tea bags, t-towels, dish soap paper towel provided. NO STOVETOP/OVEN. Dishware, glasses, wine glasses, large bowls, charcuterie board, foodwrap. Full sized bathroom with quality bath towels and wash clothes, soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. The entrance is through a side door off the garage through a separate mudroom/laundry room to the basement suite. Laundry available to use for a small fee...please inquire. Free parking on street. Amazing location on the Beamsville Bench where you can hike the Bruce Trail and explore the many wineries and brewery close by. We live in the main part of the house, and will be available if needed for any questions or concerns (whether we are home or not), otherwise you will have your privacy and will unlikely have any interaction with us. The door to your basement suite will be locked during your stay. The doors are solid and provide privacy and limit noise. A quiet and upscale subdivision on the Beautiful Beamsville Bench backing onto the Bruce Trail and Escarpment. The downtown of Beamville is a 3 minute drive. Walking distance to the Bruce Trail. Many wineries to explore, visit and enjoy within a very short driving distance. We have mountain bikes available for a small fee...please inquire. Bench Brewery and Red Stone Winery less than 5 minutes away. 10 minute drive to Ball's Falls. The Niagara Outlet Mall & Niagara Falls is a 20 minute drive. Depending on your length of stay and preference, please bring extras. If you would like blankets please bring with you:) The queen air mattress provided is brand new and has electronic pump and deflate! If you plan to use this please bring the addition bedding and pillows you would require. Also, please leave mattress deflated at the end of your visit. Bath towels and face cloths provided:)...pack extras if you think you would need more depending on your group and length of stay. T-towel, dish cloth & paper towel roll provided.
