Less than 15 minutes from Houston Airport (IAH) in Kingwood, known as The Livable Forest. Full-sized bed for one that ample closet space and a door leading to a jack-and-jill bathroom. Behind the home is the Greenbelt trail which allows you to enjoy your morning coffee to the sounds of chirping birds or to go on an early morning walk. We generally cater to guests needing a longer term stay (30+ days). Welcome and relax in this quiet and safe neighborhood. Message for availability. We are located in Kingwood, known as The Livable Forest. The bedroom is on the second floor. Your room includes a power strip and a 5-port charging station for all your recharging needs. An air mattress is located in the chest at the foot of the bed. There is a small portable safe to secure your valuables. Don't feel confined to your room. There are many different areas for privacy, to relax, read or work. A dedicated work desk and green screen is also available for your Zoom/Teams virtual meetings. You will also share the common areas with our small yorkie (a hypoallergenic breed that does not shed fur or dander). He’s friendly and welcoming, but will quickly listen to the “sit” and “no” commands. Feel safe and comfortable while you are in our home so you have the energy and focus to tackle your day. Parking is available on the street or in the driveway, on a first come, first served basis. I’m just a text message away. This is a quiet and safe neighborhood in Kingwood (address errorneously defaults to Humble) in a well-established part of Kingwood with old, mature trees next to a wildlife trail. We know all our neighbors around us and they know us. What makes our neighborhood so wonderful is that our neighbors care which adds to the safety and comfort of the area.
