About 10 minutes to ANO, as well as Arkansas Tech. A few miles to downtown Russellville to enjoy all local restaurants, shopping is a few miles away. A few minutes from the residence is Lakes, hiking trails, Ozark Mountain scenic route nearby, and Mt. Nebo is about a 20 minute drive. This apartment is in the basement of a private home occupied by 1 person, very quiet place, and all brand new furnishings. Queen sized bed, brand new sectional with chaise lounge for additional sleeping of guests. Queen size air mattress is available if needed. All brand new appliances also. Guests have access to the entire apartment, and if needed, can have access to laundry in main home. I am available for anything as i live alone, but i work alot, so many times i am not home. But i will try my best to accommodate your needs or requests as best as i can.
