Three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a family room (no kitchen) in a single family house located in south Elmhurst, very close to highways, 25 - 30 minutes to Downtown Chicago with light or moderate traffic, 15 - 20 minutes to O'Hare and Midway airports. Safe street parking available. Private entrance. Spacious bedrooms with queen and full beds and large closets, one bedroom with private bath, two other bedrooms share one bathroom. Bedrooms are on the second floor. Living room with TV, leather sofas, large refrigerator, microwave, and electric kettle to make tea or coffee is on the first floor. The rented area is separate from the rest of the house. If we are home, we would be happy to help you with any requests to make your stay comfortable. Suburban neighborhood with single family houses. Car recommended. 3 miles (10 minutes drive, about 1 hour walk) to train station in Elmhurst with trains to Chicago, plenty of parking spaces available at the station, or 7 miles to Blue Line CTA (Chicago Transit Authority) station in Forest Park with trains to Chicago. Pace bus 301 can take you there, but car recommended. We live in a typical suburban area. There’s not much to walk to, but within a short drive there are plenty of stores and restaurants.
