The first-floor master has an ensuite bathroom with a tiled bath and glass shower, and a sliding glass door to the backyard. The lofted media area also has a sleeper sofa. The open concept first floor brings a warm and inviting atmosphere to the home, with tasteful touches of art and décor. The gourmet eat-in kitchen features stainless steel appliances and ample countertops for food preparation and entertaining. The great room has big, bright windows that fill the room with natural light. There are a variety of seating areas for relaxing and conversation. Off-Season Disclaimer: It is typical that spring cleanings and updates do not take place until late April / early May. Payment/Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise. If renter must cancel the reservation, Marquis will re-list availability, and in the event Marquis is able to re-book the nights renter originally booked, a refund may be processed. We strongly encourage renter to purchase travelers insurance (which Marquis offers) as a means of payment protection. Please note that all bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival. StayProtected Insurance: Property damage insurance is procured for your reservation for this property. It is supplemental to, not a replacement to, any security deposit collected. While StayMarquis manages this listing, the guest experience is managed by the owner of this property, meaning all property preparation, arrival coordination, in-stay communication, and requests for maintenance tasks are performed by the owner. However, StayMarquis will provide you with a “Guest Experience Manager” who can help facilitate any request, from grocery shopping to organizing a private chef.
