Come for the Cottage/Stay for the Llamas

Welcome to Edna's House, in East Texas on 12 forested acres with 2 creeks, Edna's is convenient to Tyler's Azalea Trails and Rose Festival, Athens' Old Fiddlers' Reunion and Hamburger Festival, Edom and Ben Wheeler festivals, and Canton's First Monday Trades Days. There are 3 large farm dogs who keep an eye on things. They enjoy cookies. Ask us to visit the llamas over at the barn- they also enjoy cookies. *AT&T and Cricket cell phones do not work on property. Verizon and Sprint work just fine. Edna's house is a darling little house with full kitchen and full-sized washer and dryer. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a comfy full-sized futon in the living room, plus a twin-sized air mattress. When all three are engaged, the space is *very* cozy. TV has access to Hulu using our code, and Netflix and Amazon Prime with your code. There is Wifi. *AT&T and Cricket phones do not work on our place*. There is a small table/chairs on the porch to enjoy nature, and a metal firepit for making s'mores and telling tall tales around. Firewood is supplied; just ask us. You are welcome to hike around the property. There is a manual on the kitchen table that tells you where our property boundaries are. Please don't cross any fencelines or open any gates. During most of the year, bug spray is recommended and hike in long pants and close-toed shoes for the most enjoyable experience. I am available via text all the time. Please text me to arrange to meet the llamas and feed them cookies. Breakfast provided is a "continental breakfast". We supply coffee, creamer, teas, waters, granola bars, instant oatmeal packets, toaster pastries and other goodies.
