Higgins Lake - Relax, Swim, Ride, Boat, Fish!!!

This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath family house is located approx. 6 houses from beautiful higgins lake. ***not on water*** Right around corner from the silver dollar bar You have access to a long association dock to enjoy (pictures). There is a large living room great for entertaining with sliding glass doors to the side patio, firepit, yard. The kitchen is also very large and a joy to cook in. A deck out front makes for a excellent place for a cup of coffee or a night time cocktail. This is a perfect area for any water activities, walking, golf, snowmobiling, biking and just relaxing. There are 6+ golf courses in the area in addition to a small par 3 course in houghton lake. Also is miles and miles of snowmobile trails to enjoy! Grayling is only a 10 minute drive away which is home to the beautiful ausable river and plenty of activities including great food, fishing and canoeing. Plenty of yard games in garage and a grill to use. Additionally, plenty of room in garage to store your toys you bring with you.
