Area attractions include outdoor concerts featuring top artists at the AMP, industry and world-leading companies, The University of Arkansas, and the annual Bikes, Blues and BB. Close to everything, yet completely private, Tuckaway Run is nestled into 6 acres of Ozark woodland. Wake up each morning to wander the woods and fields on our farm, or collect fresh eggs for breakfast from our friendly hens. The main home's original post and beam timber construction has been completely renovated over the last 2 years. The result is several large living spaces, comfortable sleeping arrangements for 18 guests, and a fully equipped kitchen to feed them all. Outside, there are 4 decks & porches, a stunning 3-level pool, a large hot tub, an outdoor kitchen, a hammocking area, 2 fire-pits, and an outdoor fireplace. The grounds are professionally maintained with beautiful landscaping and plenty of space to run, play, and explore. For those interested in private events for up to 75 people, there is a new 2,200 sq/ft fully finished barn that can be rented at an additional fee. The barn also features a large, private executive suite for use as an office or for offsite executive team meetings. Stay connected while enjoying this Ozark escape with high-speed internet throughout the property. Average speeds are 240 Mbps with full wireless access across the entire home, barn, and pool area. Stream as much as you like, on as many devices as you like. Sonos speakers are also provided to enhance your experience throughout the home and the pool area by streaming music and audio through your own connected devices. Please Note: 1. The Pool is not heated during cold weather months (generally October through March) unless requested by guests. There is a fee for heating the pool so please inquire while booking as the fee can change depending on propane fuel prices and outside temperatures. (Colder weather requires a lot of fuel to heat the pool) 2. The hot tub is a hot tub only (no jets/bubbles) and is normally heated to 100-102 degrees.
