The king bed in the master BR is very large, and added to that is a single sofa that opens up into a single bed for another guest or child. Private parking at the rear of the home for1 vehicle, but there is unlimited free street parking available with visitor parking permit which can be obtained at the nearby police precinct if needed.(We welcome groups except groups with intended unlawful activity including "s.x" parties, smoking & drinking).
