Welcome to our 2 story, 900 square foot guest house. Our space offers guests plenty of rom to relax, work, or play – HD TV’s, super-fast WIFI, and plenty of entertainment options (Xbox, Board Games, Books, DVD's,Netflix, Prime, Hulu). A nice sized desk and color printer is available for our business travelers. We also feature plenty of parking (trailers /large vehicles welcome). Our property includes a small charcoal grill and an in-ground pool that is available during summer months. Two queen beds with comfortable mattresses and bedding make for a great night's sleep. Sound machine, USB chargers, and other amenities are provided to make for a more enjoyable stay. Our Lodge features plenty of space to stretch out with comfortable furniture for the whole family. Our lodge sleeps 4-6 adults comfortably (2 Queens, and 1 pull out couch). Pack and play upstairs for kids with sheet. Full kitchen with all appliances and all cookware necessary. Our lodge features two large flat screen TV’s with access to Live TV, Netflix, Hulu, and an Xbox One for the gamers. A bookshelf with movies, books, and games is also available. Both the downstairs and upstairs are climate controlled with independent mini-split units and can be adjusted to your personal preference. The bathroom does feature a full-sized tub and shower. Please note, the upstairs bedroom is one large room with two queen beds. Our lodge has ample parking for multiple vehicles or for our guests that may be in a moving van, or pulling a boat. Our property is secluded and surrounded by woods, but also protected by outdoor security cameras to ensure vehicles are safe overnight. There is a power outlet near the parking area to allow for overnight charging of boats/accessories, or an EV. A charcoal grill and outdoor seating are also available. **Our outdoor swimming pool is currently CLOSED for the winter months. We expect it to re-open around April 2022.** You will have keypad access to the entire space, including swimming pool (during summer months). We are available via text or email. Our neighborhood is quiet but centrally located and easy to access Louisiana Tech, Downtown Ruston, Cook Park, etc. Ruston offers "EZ-Ryder" ride sharing service and no public transportation. We do not allow parties or large gatherings, 6 people max! If our property is disrespected or we are disturbed by late night (after 11pm) partying or disturbances we will ask you to leave and forfeit your payment. We are very easy to work with but we do not put up with late night disturbances, parties, or disturbing the neighborhood.
