Welcome to our beautiful 7 Bedroom/5 Bath Luxury Chalet #4 on the pristine Table Rock Lake at WaterMill Cove Resort. We are excited to share this wonderful lakefront home with you! We hope you find this log chalet a place to have fun and relax with family and friends in the quiet Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, just minutes away from a wide array of Branson entertainment. This unit is best suited for 12 adults and 6 children. Base rate is for 14 guests. 18 guests max allowed with extra guest fees. WaterMill Cove Resort in Branson, Missouri is the best of both worlds in that it is lakefront, yet only 10 minutes to Branson's World Famous 76 Strip and two miles from Silver Dollar City. What sets WaterMill Cove apart from the rest is the huge array of free amenities included with your stay. The pool is in operation from May 1st-October 1st. It is heated from 2nd Friday of May through October 1st. The amenities are amazing with a huge 5,000 sq ft swimming pool, 200ft lazy river, 70ft commercial waterslide, upper-level infinity edge pool with a 60 ft wide natural rock cascading waterfall, huge outdoor pavilion with 30ft tall stone outdoor fireplace, Kids Kool Zone splash pad and more. On the other side of the resort the list goes on, including a regulation size sand volleyball court, shuffleboard court, bocce ball court, pickleball & badminton court, kayaks, canoe, Ozark Mountain Tree House and playground, paddleboards, paddleboats, fishing poles, Route 66 old-time arcade, bicycles, horseshoe pit, kids splash pad, swim deck, fire pits, Free Wifi and much more all available at no additional charge! We also have a private resort dock with boat slips, jet skis and new tritoons with 150hp available to rent to our guests. PLEASE NOTE: During peak season and September, reservations consisting of 7-nights must be Friday to Friday. Reservations of 3-nights must be Friday to Monday and reservations of 4 nights must be Monday to Friday. We have a 90-day cancellation policy which overrides VRBOs policy - please see rental agreement for more information. During October, week-long (7 night) stays must be from Friday-Friday. Base rate for guests is 14, max rate for guests is 18 (any guests over base rate will pay guest fees - please see rental agreement for more information). This fine property at WaterMill Cove Resort features exceptional views of gorgeous Table Rock Lake in Branson Missouri. This lodge is fully stocked with virtually everything you will need for your vacation. This lodge is also conveniently located approximately 100 feet from the shoreline of the lake! This is a three-level home with a full walkout basement including 7 well-appointed bedrooms, top quality beds and furniture, 5 full bathrooms with 3 MASTER suites and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a top of the line Weber gas grill (with propane included) located right outside on the main deck. Inside the chalet you will find custom high-quality furnishings, wagon wheel lighting fixtures, natural slate tile floors, and solid granite countertops. All of the bedrooms have flat panel TVs, luxury bedding, and quality mattresses. The main level living area has charming tongue-and-groove ceilings, tongue and groove wood walls and a majestic 25-foot floor-to-ceiling River Rock stone fireplace, complete with a wall of windows to better enjoy the view of beautiful Table Rock Lake! The two upstairs master suites have custom hand made reclaimed solid oak and wagon wheel king size beds, top of the line mattresses, Each master suite has a full luxury bath with a natural slate tiled shower, dual vanity sinks and one with a large corner jetted tub. There are custom made matching dressers, one master has a small outside balcony with views of the "main pool" and lake, and both masters have flat panel TV's. Two guest bedrooms on the main level have king size beds, one is a master bedroom with its own full bath, quality furniture and mattresses, luxury bedding and flat panel TV's. On the lower level walkout basement, there are three more bedrooms, one bedroom with a full over queen custom reclaimed solid oak bunk bed and the other two bedrooms have queen size beds. The second downstairs living area has an awesome entertainment media room with a 55' flat panel TV, a full-size pool table and stacked stone fireplace in the center of the room. There is also a full-size laundry room with a top of the line washer and dryer and an additional full-size refrigerator for those extra groceries. Lastly, the screened-in patio is accessed from the lower walkout level and provides outdoor enjoyment with a large outdoor stone wood-burning fireplace and great views of Table Rock Lake in a bug-free environment. What separates our lakefront homes from the rest is the huge array of amenities located on the property which are included free of charge with your stay. The amenities include, The incredible 5000 sq ft "Oasis pool" with a 200ft Lazy River and infinity edge pool above is complete with extensive natural rock landscaping, colorful plants, trees, shrubbery, and over 125ft of refreshing cascading rock waterfalls. The Oasis pool also has an 8000 sq.ft paver stone patio, over 75 lounge chairs, a 75-foot commercial water slide for the kids (or the "kids at heart":-) There are two outdoor inground hot tubs to enjoy, one that will seat over 15 people and the other 10 people! And don't forget the kids...you can watch the little ones have a blast in our new Kids outdoor Splash Pad! The free amenities list does not stop yet! The 14 Slip private resort dock includes a large list of additional water activity amenities. These include kid and adult kayaks, four-person paddleboats, canoes, paddleboards, free fishing poles, fish cleaning station, swim and sun deck, two porch swings and more! The 14 slip dock has 11x24 boat slips available for only our guests staying at the resort. We also rent new 14 passenger 150hp tri-toons with ski-tube bars to our guests only. There is a gentle slope to provide you great access to the dock. Branson was voted the #1 Tourism destination in the entire Midwest.
