This home has amazing views of the Pacific Ocean from the living and dining areas, and from the back deck which runs the width of the house. The home is built in "reverse living style", to maximize the amazing view! All the bedrooms are on the main level, and the main living areas are upstairs. Vaulted ceilings and many windows add to tons of light! This home is wonderful for a larger family or several couples, or retreats. Kitchen is great for entertaining, and is open to living room and; dining area. Downstairs primary bedroom has a shower in bath. The two guests bedrooms have a full bathroom to share. Home has a path that leads to a fantastic beach! You'll enjoy the beautiful beach, and shorebirds, and can even walk to Seal Rock when tide is out! Please keep your pup off the furniture (including the couches, chairs, and beds) and pick-up after your pup. All cleaning policies meet or exceed CDC standards and recommendations. Our team wears new masks, gloves and shoes covers each time they enter home to prepare it for a new stay. We clean and disinfect all hard surfaces and high-touch items such as appliance handles, light switches, door knobs, remote controls, etc. We also clean and disinfect all dishes/glassware, silverware, bedding, towels and other linens as well as tubs and toilets. Meredith Lodging has added the extra measure of a pre-check-in inspection to make sure all of our cleaning and disinfecting procedures are complete and to our standard before you arrive. Once it passes inspection, your home sits empty until you arrive for your contact-free check-in. Additionally, if your home features a private hot tub, rest assured it is disinfected, treated and cleaned thoroughly after each departure so that you and your guests can enjoy it with peace of mind during your stay.
