Furbabies welcome! The pets and the kids are going to love this cozy house located Minutes from I89, Mt Sunapee & Lake Sunapee. Ski, boat & hike! High speed wifi. After a long day on the lake nothing tastes better than a meal out on the deck cooked on the grill...Or after a day of skiing cozy up by the fire after getting your work done at our hightop desk with a view. 2 Car garage and a fully fenced in yard for the dog. Country store nearby. We even have a vehicle available to rent! Brand new airbnb! Real Glass front wood stove, Beautiful spacious shower, Pet friendly, Memory foam Sofa bed and Posture Pedic Mattress in bedroom. Large deck and outdoor patio dining set. Fire pit with cushioned seating area just got installed and we have wood for you to burn! Land Rover rental available too! The Pet Fee is not included when you book. It is charged later. Be sure to let us know if you are staying with pets. All pet guests must be house broken and well behaved. Thanks! We have a beautiful deck area with a big automated shade awning. The awning also has LED lights for nighttime activities out on the deck and a table and chairs for outdoor dining. We also just added an outdoor firepit with cushioned chairs! We even have firewood! The fully fenced in dog area is grassy with lots of shade and plenty of space to run around! All you have to do is open the door to the house to let your dog in and out of the yard. Very convenient! Owner and Co-host located nearby. Located across the street from boat rentals and lake access. Quaint country store with fresh prepared food and groceries as well as beer and wine within walking distance! Antique shop down the road. Doggy day care nearby. Close to park and ride with bus service to Boston/Logan airport. Restaurants just minutes away by car as well. We have a Land Rover available to rent during your stay.
