This is a fully furnished 2 bedroom apt with a kitchen, livingroom and full bathroom. All necessities are provided such as a washer and dryer in the unit, paper products, silverware, glasses, dishes, utensils, knives and of course pots and pans. All bedding, pillows, and towels are also in the unit. This is a secure building, with plenty of off street parking and NO SHARED SPACE. The only common area is the outdoor staircase. You'll have plenty of privacy here as theres only two other apts and no shared space. We have a private lot with off street parking directly below the apts. This is a very quiet location within 25 minutes of several local beaches and close to downtown. You can expect to hear some road noise if you have the doors and blinds open. Theres a nice park with outdoor play equipment for kids one block away. We disinfect, sanitize and clean our apartments carefully following all Airbnb Enhanced Cleaning Protocols and current CDC Guidelines, using EPA Recommended Cleaning Products proven to effectively kill the Corona virus. We also use a Electrostatic Sprayer to thoroughly sanitize and disinfect all surfaces in between our guests. We do everything possible to keep our guests and families, and staff safe.
