This comfortable and clean home on a tree lined street has hardwood floors throughout living spaces, is within walking distance to coffee shops, grocery stores & downtown. It’s a 7 min drive to the base of Schweitzer or a half mile to City Beach. We provide 5 bikes May-Oct. The home is thoroughly cleaned between each guest. A well stocked kitchen with quality cookware, a gas stove/oven and all of the basics you need for cooking in. There is a Smart TV, board games, crafts and a partially fenced back yard. We’ve provided games, coloring books, a Smart TV including a Netflix account and other apps you can sign in to with your accounts. The kitchen is fully equiped if you’re in the mood to stay in. If you’re looking to get out and about, you’re in luck! This home is close to downtown- within walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants, only 7 minutes from the base of Schweitzer, .6 mile to Sandpoint City Beach and within 1 mile to hiking trails! We’ve left you a manual with our favorite coffee shops, dining and activities! BEDROOMS, BATHROOM *All beds have 100% high quality linens. All towels are 100% cotton. Bedroom #1- Queen bed with door to bathroom, wardrobe and dresser. Bedroom #2- Twin Bunk beds with door to bathroom, dressers, closet. Bathroom- Full bathroom with tub/shower combo and doors leading to both bedrooms. OUTDOOR SPACE We’ve provided 5 bikes May - October, weather permitting. The back yard has a ton of healthy blackberry bushes you can help yourself to! It is partially fenced and has a small charcoal bbq. The front porch has seating for two and a small table. As the property manager, I set a high standard for home maintenance, cleanliness and communication with guests. I’m very “hands on”, personally stopping by between guests to confirm all is well and ready for the next guest. I have a fast response rate should you have any questions during your stay. *RE DOGS: We do allow well behaved, house trained dogs as long as you can comply with the following, no exceptions. Dogs must stay off of ALL furniture and linens, you must clean up after them outside and their nails MUST be recently trimmed short. We have hard wood floors and dog nails scratch them up. Pet fee of $55 collected through air bnb after booking. This helps cover the cost of extra cleaning. *RE DOGS: We do allow well behaved, house trained dogs as long as you can comply with the following, no exceptions.
