When night falls, make s’mores in the fire pit on the patio. Once the day is done, tuck the kids into matching twin beds in the newly renovated attic complete with skylight. A home located in the small historic river town right across the Ohio River from downtown Cincinnati (about a ten minute drive) means you can enjoy everything the city has to offer during the day and return to a quiet neighborhood with none of the city bustle at night. Situated on a quiet, one way street, the porch, deck and patio give lots of options to enjoy the outdoors, while indoors, the newly renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and marble countertops and a tiled bathroom with shower seat are top of the line. The living room features a deep couch with soft pillows and throws and a new 58 inch SmartTV. Super soft bedding and a comfortable mattress in the master bedroom and Kentucky-themed artwork throughout the house and more all make this home a delightful and comfortable stay. As parents ourselves, we understand the challenges of traveling with children and want to do all we can to make your stay easier. The house has outlet covers, kid-friendly dinnerware (as well as fancy dishes), a pack-n-play, booster seat and games, toys and books for all ages. There are stairs to enter the house, which sits on a hill, and stairs to the 2nd bedroom. The 2nd bedroom with two twin beds is accessed through the master bedroom. An office area is also on the second floor, complete with desk, office chair, lamp and power cord. The porch is super cute with a hanging bed swing and bistro table. Coffee/tea station is provided. Guest access The entire house and yard are available for guest use. The first and second floors have been newly renovated. The basement is next!
