A Lake George estate available for the first time!

PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION OF INDIVIDUAL HOUSES. PRICING IS FOR PAIRED HOUSES WHEN AVAILABLE OR FULL COMPOUND PRICING DURING PEAK SUMMER SEASONS. When opportunity knocks, you take it. This is a rare opportunity to be one of the first to rent a never before available family estate on the east side of Lake George in the southern basin. This estate is arguably the largest vacation rental on all of Lake George. It consists of 6 individual houses and two brand new 40 foot long steel pile driven docks allowing for FOUR 40’ boats. During high season, from Memorial Day to Labor Day, we only rent the full compound as a single 6 house rental. For 2 weeks a summer we rent houses 1 and 2 (please refer to pictures to correlate house numbers) as a paired rental. Also houses 3 and 4 are a paired rental. The two remaining houses 5 and 6 may be added as additional guests houses to your paired rental if needed. With each paired rental, you will have one dock, for up to, two forty foot boats. After high season, Labor Day to Memorial Day, houses can be rented individually with limitations come winter. During winter months houses two, five and six will be unavailable. Our Location makes it a highly sought after privilege to have. As an example, If you're interested in renting a boat, the local marina will place a rental boat of your choice, directly at your dock for you with white glove service. If you should choose to bring your own boat, the public boat launch is less than a quarter mile away. Families with children will find the park that sits directly behind the estate a real plus. The park includes jungle gyms, slides, basketball and tennis courts. You don’t have to worry about crossing a major road, the property resides on a small paved private road allowing for more privacy with peace and quiet. Continuing on with our uniquely situated location, at night you won't loose the view like with many other waterfront homes. We have all the lights of the village of Lake George, directly across from us. It's almost magical how all the twinkling lights from the village reflect off the lake right in front of you. In saying that, we're less than a half a mile to the village of Lake George. Yes, you guessed it, you can walk everywhere! What a pleasure it is to walk out the door and take a causal stroll along the beautifully paved sidewalks that eventually steer you into the variety of restaurants and shops. After you have enjoyed your walk around town, come back to sit on the roof deck and catch some of the best views to be had on the lake. Not to mention, every Thursday night, from the fourth of July through Labor day, you have a front row seat to the Thursday night fireworks show which the town provides directly in front of you. I could go on and on about what this family estate can offer you, but I am positive that you and your family will completely enjoy this exclusive opportunity to experience what our family has had the privilege to experience over the course of thirty four years. I should mention, my Husband and I were married on our roof deck? Yes, we can even hold a small wedding venue with breathtaking views! Skip the expensive venues on the lake and arrange it here where the entire family/wedding party can stay and have the ceremony, then transition right into the reception! You really have no idea of all the opportunities until you experience it for yourself. Our family estate as I mentioned, consists of six individual houses all connected by a winding four foot wide path. All the houses will be complete with quality linens, bath towels and face towels. Four out of the six houses have just been completed remodeled, while the other two have had major updates recently. You are not going to find 30 year old hand me down furniture or old lace curtains here! I will list some bullet points of each one of the houses for a better understanding of our family estate and its contents. House one: This house sits closest to the lake. First off, the house boasts a roof deck, large enough to hold dozens of people, with an eight person dining table and extra large curved sofa and fire pit. Multiple chaise lounges and 3 large adjustable sun umbrellas for napping or sunbathing. The lower level lake front patio is just a few feet from lake and features another dining area, new large outdoor sectional and a eight person hot tub to soak up the lake life while enjoying the superb views. When you first walk in this home, you are mesmerized by the spectacular lake views while walking into the massive Art Deco contemporary custom kitchen with curves and new quartz counter space to prepare the largest of meals. From double oven, gas cooktop, Sub Zero refrigerator to a built in ironing board, this kitchen has everything you can dream of along with the normal conveniences that you are familiar with from home such as, a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, mixer… this kitchen is fully stocked with almost every cooking item a chef might need. As I mentioned before, this is a complete dream home, not a stripped down rental property with only the bare minimums. The lake views are plentiful in every room of this house. The large custom windows in the living room and master bedroom area are able to fully bifold open and out of the way to bring the outside in. These very unique windows were brought in special from Germany to accentuate the stunning lake views while providing maximum fresh air. These windows continue into the master bedroom which is also located on the main floor and of course is set up as ensuite. You will wake up every morning in the king bed which is front and center just 10 feet from the shore of the lake. The master suite continues through with a massive custom walk in closet which then flows into the bath where you will find double vanities, washer and dryer, make up area and double head walk in shower. The two additional lake view suites with Queen beds are located on the lower floor along with two bathrooms, one is ensuite. I love this feature when traveling, so everyone has their privacy. Additionally the billiards room, on the lower level is just steps from the lake. This home has central air and heat. House two: Second closest to the lake. This lake front cottage has an unobstructed view of the lake and the private beach area. The house features a two bedroom one bathroom set up. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. The kitchen has all the standard comforts such as a Keurig, toaster, microwave and dishwasher. The house also has a washer and dryer for all those beach towels sure to be used! There is also a wonderful covered porch with a swing and a dining table for four persons. The porch in itself, is lake life at its best with incredible views and the shade provides a great place for relaxing, reading or lakeside dinning. House three: Third closest to the lake. This house is three stories tall and sits up the hill and boasts phenomenal views with five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The master suite with a king adjustable bed is located on the top floor allowing for a spectacular lake, village and mountain views. The master bath boasts double vanities, bidet, Toto toilet and walk in shower. The top floor has another water facing semi master suite which features an adjustable queen bed along with a jacuzzi spa tub and single shower. The main floor consists of the living, dining, kitchen area and a lake view queen ensuite with single corner shower. The lower level walkout has TV entertainment area and a unique double combined lake view bedroom ensuite, that includes a queen bed in one and a single over double bunk bed in the adjoining. Perfect for families traveling with a newborn or very young children. The family room on this floor has a 65 inch curved TV for movie night! The house has dual central heating and air conditioning along with a washer and dryer and a plethora of custom built in cabinets. The three levels to this home allows for a fair amount of privacy with regard to the bedrooms and places to retreat to. This house was designed to maximize sleeping capacity while taking in the superb views of the lake and the beautiful mountain ridges. It really is a painting to look at. House four: Fourth closet to the lake. This lake view house was just completely remodeled and features two queen bedrooms and one bathroom. Some features include beautiful hardwood floors and a extra large picture window to capture the beautiful lake views. It has a huge 4 foot walk in shower with double vanities which make getting ready more enjoyable. There is also a large deck with furniture to enjoy a morning coffee while taking in beautiful Lake George. Multiple central A/C systems. House five: Fifth house closest to the lake. This newly remodeled Adirondack style lake view cottage has a one queen bedroom ensuite with a loft and hardwood floors. The main living area includes a seasonly functional fieldstone fireplace with a 55 inch curved TV. The huge sliding door leads out to a large deck with awesome lake views that includes a bar area and a four person dining table. The carpeted loft can be utilized as a bedroom and has a queen mattress. This loft has about 4+ foot of head space so is best for younger guests. The multiple side windows let in an abundance of natural light. The loft railing is tension wires, making the space feel light and open. Central A/C system. House six: Top house. This newly remodeled house is styled in a mid century motif, boasts a two bedroom and one bathroom set up. The queen master is ensuite while the second bedroom has a king bed. Some features include a very large open living space with vaulted ceiling and tons of light provided by the multiple sliding glass doors, adjoining deck just off the kitchen/living area with lake views.
