This vibrant and charming dog-friendly 4 bedroom home is everything you are looking for in a Silicon Valley rental home! Located near Facebook, Stanford, Downtown Palo Alto, and Redwood City. The kitchen has been remodeled and has stainless steel appliances. The home has a spacious and bright living room with recessed lighting & skylight infusing natural light, with hardwood floors throughout. The large master suite has expansive closet space and a deep soaking tub. There is a charming eat-in kitchen with access to the cozy backyard and tress. DOGS OK WITH FEE Up to 2 small dogs (under 30lbs) may stay up to 1 week with a $150 pet fee which will be added to your charges when you indicate you are bringing a dog. $50 per week pet rent after 1 week. For more or larger dogs, please inquire. Dogs are not allowed in beds or on furniture. Guests responsible for cleaning up/removing all dog waste, and all damages caused by dog. Let us know when booking if you will be bringing a dog. Serenity Executive Rentals is a professional hosting company with multiple homes in the area. All of our homes are furnished and decorated to the same high standard. BEDS Room 1: King Room 2: 1 Queen, 1 Single Room 3: 1 Queen Room 4: 2 Single (Trundle bed; one must be pulled out from under the other for use - sleeps 2) ACCESS The home is equipped with a keyless combination lock for easy access. KITCHEN The kitchen should be amply equipped to comfortably cook and serve guests up to the maximum occupancy at the home. We provide an initial supply of coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, salt/pepper, cooking oil, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher pods (if applicable), trash bags, sponges and paper towels. BATHROOMS There should be enough clean towel sets (bath & hand towels, wash cloths) for every guest up to the maximum occupancy at the home. We also provide an initial supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and toilet paper. There should be at least one hair dryer in one of the bathrooms. LAUNDRY A washer and dryer are available for guest use, along with an initial supply of laundry detergent and liquid bleach. PARKING Guests may park in the driveway. Street parking is also generally available, though guests should look for any posted parking restrictions. The garage is not currently available for guest use. ENTERTAINMENT The home is equipped with hi-speed WiFi (up to 150Mbps), an HD TV, and Hi-Def basic cable. HEATING/COOLING This home is equipped with central heat and air conditioning. ENHANCED CLEANING PROTOCOLS IN PLACE This home is professionally disinfected between every reservation. ~~ All our homes feature keyless entry and unattended self-check-in ~~ All windows and doors are opened during cleaning to circulate fresh air ~~ Our cleaners wash their hands with soap and water before cleaning and wear disposable gloves while they clean ~~ We clean with soap and detergents first, and then disinfect with hospital quality disinfectant ~~ We give special attention to high-touch areas such as appliances, handles, switches, door and cabinet knobs, remote controls, faucets etc. ~~ We wash all linens, including duvet covers and blankets EXTRA SERVICES/OPTIONS If you need anything else to make your stay comfortable, please contact us. AGREEMENT ADDENDUM: The following serves as an addendum to the reservation and rental agreement entered into between the parties via the website of the company used to complete the reservation, as well as its affiliate sites. HOUSE RULES * No smoking. * No parties/events/gatherings. Only the people listed at the time of booking are allowed to be on the property without prior written permission. * Up to 2 small dogs (under 30lbs) allowed with $150 pet fee. For more or larger dogs, or stays longer than 1 week, please inquire. There will be additional fees if approved. Dogs are not allowed in beds or on furniture, and guests are responsible for removing all waste from the property on departure. * Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. * No using fireplace(s) unless explicitly stated as OK in the Renter's Guide. * No burning anything inside or outside of the home, including candles/ incense. * Do not bring any barbecue equipment to the home. * Do not move any of the furniture or décor. * Do not put coffee grounds or large food scraps in the sink. All food items should be scraped into the trash. * Guests are responsible for following garbage protocol outlined in Renter's Guide, and maintaining the cleanliness of the home during their stay. BOOKING POLICIES * Stays of 3 weeks or more require professional cleanings every 2 weeks. There is an additional charge per cleaning per home/unit, which be collected after the reservation is confirmed as booked. * Reservation cancellations: As per booking website. We do not offer refunds beyond those outlined in the cancellation policy on the booking website. * Reservation changes: we take changes only at our discretion, and may charge a change fee. * Reservation may not be resold or sublet. Only the persons/group identified at the time of booking are allowed to stay at the property. EXTRA CHARGES FOR RULE VIOLATIONS * Excess mess within the home beyond reasonable use: $75 per extra hour required to return the home to the condition it was in upon your arrival. (The pre-paid cleaning fee covers 2 hours of our cleaners' time.) * Garbage: not putting bins out for collection, putting waste in the incorrect bins resulting in the city not collecting, or leaving excess garbage in this home: $50 for each violation. * Unauthorized parties/events/gatherings: immediate eviction, forfeiture of rent, security deposit, and extra charges for deep cleaning and damages. * Noise complaints from neighbors: $300 per complaint, eviction after second complaint. * Smoking: immediate eviction, forfeiture of rent, security deposit, and $250 fee for odor removal. * Using fireplace or burning candles, incense inside the home: $150, plus any damages caused by doing so. * Using a barbecue grill at the home (unless explicitly indicated as okay in the guide): $150, plus any damages caused. * Rearranging furniture: $250 plus any damages. * Replacement keys: varies dependent upon the cost of replacement. Minimum $100, maximum $250.
