Golfers will love being across the street from the links. And hikers and walkers will enjoy the nature trails right across the street. There’s plenty of room in the professionally-decorated house, which features two levels of living space, including a rec room with air hockey and a video game area. One of the best parts of this house is that it allows dogs, as it is getting harder to find nicely updated houses that allow them without being rustic. The three main floor bedrooms have a queen bed, one full bed, and two twins respectively, the fourth bedroom on the lower floor has a queen bed and there is an additional playroom/ sleeping area with two well-built twin over twin bunk beds. Outside, a large deck overlooks a wooded lot that backs up to the nature trails. There’s a firepit with seating and the side yard offers plenty of space for the kids to play. There are a paddleboard and LilyPad for fun at the beach, and a golf cart will help you explore all of Grand Beach. Things to know: Four bikes with helmets included.
